This is where I keep all my lists: books I'm looking for, with author, title, category, and comments; cable channels; my prescriptions, etc. You can use the demo version with one database; if you want more, you have to pay, but it's worth it. You can create your own databases from text files that you convert to comma separated Excel files, then to databases with a tool they give you.
